We make it easy to declutter with two convenient locations to bring all the items you no longer use.
GOOD FOR THE PLANET

GOOD FOR THE PLANET

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Extending the life of goods replaces the production of new items, reduces carbon emissions and landfill waste. We also repair and recycle items whenever possible.
IT GIVES BACK

IT GIVES BACK

Not charity but a chance
Material goods alone do not lift a community out of hardship or poverty, education and employment do. We provide opportunities through jobs and scholarships.
IT HELPS

Connecting Needs
We efficiently distribute to those in need through our Solidarity Partners. People in need to shop with dignity, we fulfill NGO wish lists, and provide items in bulk for fundraising purposes.

We can help recycle your old electronics an appliances

You can now bring your e-waste to The Good Shop to be recycled by BEM. Here is how it works:
1) Bring your once loved electronic item to
The Good Shop Mauritius

2) Pay your “recycling fee” on the spot with card, Juice or cash

3) Feel good because you just invested in the future of the planet and the sustainability of those electronics we all love.

Please do not use us as a ‘dumping ground’ for broken and worn out items. Our shops are helping to fund repair, renewal and recycling initiatives, and we will continue to accept useful items. However, it drains time and resources to handle rubbish. Here is a list of recyclers and responsible waste management companies we recommend:
